Thank you for all your work, I feel for the first time I may have found The Whelan's from Queens County.  I have never been able to find anything on my Grandmother Mary Whelan Tracey any farther than the arrival in New York. James Tracey is who she married and he scooped her up and put her on a ship to America without telling her his plans.  She had a brother Patrick/Paddy is all I know of her history. So this is a huge start in finding our Irish roots. THANKS SO MUCH!  Nancy Kier

Such a pity there aren't other sites like this one.  I will be  back as I have book-marked it.

Thank you.  Who would have believed I would be able to find a photo of my grandfather's grave in Templeree, Tipperary (Moor 1 Kennedy).  Well at least I think he is my grandfather.  I can now send off for the death cert and confirm this.  I really thought I would never find him.
